Here’s how to support the arts from your sofa
These are uncertain times for all of us. As freelancers, artists are in a particularly precarious position. So if you enjoy the convenience of a home office job and are comfortably seated, here are some ways to help artists without leaving your couch.
1. Follow them on social media.
Their followers and likes on Instagram and Facebook generate attention that helps artists gain influence and notoriety.

2. Buy their artwork
Saatchi Art offers artists the largest global online platform to share and sell their work. Whether it’s a large painting or a small print, buying a work from an artist is one of the best ways to support them.

3. Share the art you already own
If you already own a favorite artist’s work, tag them in a photo that makes it look great in your home. Show your friends how fabulous this artist’s painting looks in your bedroom!

4. Share art with your friends and family!

6. Donations
There are many great arts organizations and grant programs that are helping artists in the wake of Covid-19. Many artists have also settled here GoFundMe Pages to collect money.
The Other Art Fair is 110% dedicated to supporting our artists. We’ve been hard at work planning how to support our artists and inspire our show community during this time.
